Let your private guide show you sights like the Teide National Park including The Old Colonial Town of Vilaflor, The Queen’s Shoe Rock, the legendary Rocks of Garcia, The Pumice Stone Banks, The Volcano Museumof El Portillo The Sea of Clouds from Chipeque viewpoint, the Green Güímar Valley and the Beautiful Cathedral of Candelaria Town. We can break for lunch at a local restaurant to taste traditional Canarian dishes. Lunch is optional and the cost is not included in the price of the tour.

If you are arriving by a cruise ship and only stay for a day, don’ worry! You will have enough time to enjoy our voyage and get back in time.

1 . Vilaflor

Vilaflor is a beatiful historical canarian town in the heart of Tenerife with an altitude of 1.400 meters above sea level and is the highest town on Spain. It is situated south of the Teide National Park and has unique landscapes and pine forests. The old colonial church and the ancient Canarian houses are a delight for the history fans.
Duration: 45 min.

2. – Arico Altitude :1132 meters above sea level

Now is time to say goodbye to our lovely canarian hosts and drive up to the mountains. We are going to visit a viewpoint with a little Chapel, benches and several tables under the shade of the pines. Amazing views over the mountains, the ocean and the nearby beaches are waiting for us up there!

You will be suprised by the canals that bring the pure water from a gallery with a total length of over 4000 m. You can also see the circular areas where grain was traditionally threshed. You will receive a lot of interesting information about places, activities and local traditions.
Duration: 1hour: 1 hour.

3. Arico

RESTAURANT in the CAVE with local specialties and wine from the area.OPTIONAL! Dining at the restaurant is not included in the price of the whole experience. THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED ON MONDAYS, OTHER LUNCH OPTIONS AVAILABLE!

There is a VEGETARIAN option.
This small but very welcoming restaurant is located in a cave but also has a beautiful terrace with ocean views.
We will enjoy local specialties such as “conejo al salmorejo”, baked marinated chicken, pork, but also delicious pasta and other vegan specialties.
The fruity white wine is the house specialty but the red wine is also delicious.
Our welcoming host will provide us with any information about local food and wines.
